I’m Christine, I’m an experienced coach with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

My journey into this field began in my twenties, after I developed a real love for health and exercise. I saw what it did for my own mental health and sense of wellbeing and it’s since been a lifelong passion.

I trained as a Personal Trainer and worked with clients in gyms in Auckland. Career-wise, I decided to change tack in my early 30's and went into human resources but I continued to train for my own strength and fitness and to support my mental health. Working as an HR business partner was amazing; however it was incredibly stressful and in 2023 I burnt out completely.

I decided to step away from the role as it was taking too much of a toll on my health, both physical and mentally. While taking some time to get my health back on track, I was also diagnosed with ADHD. This came about following my oldest daughter’s diagnosis as through learning about it and understanding it, I realised that it was highly possible that I’ve lived with it all my life, with no clue.

I was diagnosed mid 2024 at 44 years old. I now see that it explains so much in terms of how my life has tracked, my habits and behaviours and how I’ve managed, or not managed. Living with ADHD has given me unique insights into the challenges many face when trying to create positive change in their lives.  

These experiences all led me to wanting to take the leap into coaching. My passion is to work with people who are struggling for whatever reason and empower them to get their health and wellbeing on track and create some positive change in their life.

With my own lived experiences, skills, passion and professional experience garnered through working in both coaching and HR, I can help you. Whether you need more balance as you to tend throw yourself into your work or family and have nothing left to take care of yourself, or you can’t find the momentum to commit to making sustainable, healthy changes, I will support you and give you the tools you need to get to where you want to be.

I focus on a holistic approach that combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset. I believe that wellness is not just about physical fitness; it’s about nurturing a positive mindset, nourishing ourselves and creating habits that lead to lasting change.

In our work together, I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where you can thrive. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength and fitness, or simply improve your overall well-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Outside of coaching, I have a beautiful husband called Steve, I’m a mum to 2 girls aged 9 and 15 and a step-mum to a 13 year-old girl. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 chickens. I enjoy weight training, the outdoors, cooking healthy food, music, reading and being around the people I love. I’m committed to living a balanced life and inspiring others to do the same.
